Let’s highlight some featured shoes from the Spring 2021 1970s lineup.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 1970’s: seasonal canvas for Spring
2021 sees the introduction of 3 new seasonal canvas colors in both high and low tops. The Court Green offers a vibrant green upper reminiscence of a lush green countryside or a high-end tennis court. These shoes offer a pop of color to your spring wardrobe. Next up, we have Grape Candy, this deep purple is a rare option to come from Converse. Bringing L.A. Lakers purple vibes to the table, these are great for all genders with a bold style. Finally, one of the most requested colors of late 2020 makes its appearance in 2021, Dark Root brown: a gorgeous rich neutral that can be paired with denim, darks, lights, or brights - a great staple to have.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 1970's Hi Top Leather Black
Finally, after 8 long years, Converse is introducing some leather options in the 1970s line. We've been hearing requests often for this option, so we're super excited to see this pair. These premium leather high tops are made with soft subtle leather with a nice grain finish. They bring another level of durability to the shoes as the leather will outlast any canvas. This leather option is available in Black and Red for Spring 2021, and we'll also see leather return in additional colours through 2021 - we're most excited for these to arrive.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 1970's Hi Top Pink/Gravel/Egret
Ooh, la la! The Converse design team is trying their hand at city-inspired shoe design with a few options for Spring 2021. We're carrying the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 1970's Hi Top Pink/Gravel/Egret pair that invokes feelings of the champs D’Elysee of Paris. These electric and beautiful florals just envelope you in the romantic nature of the City of Love and are sure to inspire you to travel as soon as you can. I know we’re dying to get away and experience this lovely city firsthand.
Finally, we have the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 1970's Hi Top Obsidian/Bold Citron/Egret which features a dark blue solid canvas with neon-lights-inspired layered transparent logos meant to bring you to the streets of Shanghai. While these are more subtle than the Paris counterpart, they are a fun play on the neon street lights that are exclusive to the nightlife of the bustling city.
