TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCT

By submitting this order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Since the Baggins Custom shoes are made to order there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. A member of the Print shop staff quality checks all products before they leave and we ensure that all shoes are made to the highest standard possible.
  
  
• If our graphics team feels the images you provide are not of high enough quality for printing, we will contact you requesting higher quality or different images. In the event better images are not provided or are unable to be found this may affect the printing quality of the shoes.
  
  
• The total price of your order includes up to two revisions to the mock-ups we provide you. Any additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $50/hour, billed in 15 minute increments. Cost of revisions will be presented to the customer and payment must be collected prior to the shoes being shipped or picked up.
  
  
• Due to the nature of the printing process, there will be variance from the mockup we provide you with regards to placement.  As we are printing on a post-manufactured product, there are differences from pair to pair. Our printing templates include a bleed for this purpose, which can result in minor discrepencies with layout and placement from the mock-up we provide. There also may be small inking discrepancies.
  
  
• We print in CMYK, whereas the mockups are provided in RGB for viewing online. In addition, display settings can vary from device to device. This can result in slight differences between the colour saturation and hue.
  
  
• You own the rights, or have the permission to use, all the images you provide to our graphics department.The shipping turn-arounds on our website do not apply for custom printed product. Typical turn around time to receive your mock-up is 1 to 3 business days. Once you have approved the design, your order will be shipped within 12-15 business days. Please therefore add 10-12 business days to the delivery estimate for the method of your choice. We are sometimes able to put through rush orders for special events. If you require your custom shoes quickly, please contact us and we will let you know when we can have your order ready by, extra fees may apply.
  
  
• If you are ordering from outside of North America, there is a possibility of import charges, customs, duty and/or taxes you may have to pay upon delivery of the goods. We strongly encourage all overseas customers to look into any of these implications prior to ordering from abroad.Baggins cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments or return of packages due to the failure of a customer to follow up with their local Customs departments. We will not refund any orders of Custom Shoes that are returned to sender. We will however work with you to reship the order.
  
  
• Baggins retains rights of final custom shoe designs to use for promotional purposes only. We will not duplicate your design without your explicit consent.
