SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

  • We are happy to offer free Canada Post Regular Post shipping for all Canadian orders with a subtotal of $125 CAD or more ( subtotal is calculated after any discounts and before taxes)
  • Effective July 13th, 2020: If you are looking to return, please email orders@bagginsshoes.com to receive return instructions, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the price of the shoes will be refunded upon arrival to our warehouse. Due to the nature of our brands, customers are still responsible for return shipping in the event size availability does not meet your needs.
  • Effective July 13th, 2020:Exchanges are free of cost, please email with the item SKU and size you are sending back and the item SKU and size you'd like to exchange it for. We will follow up with the instructions to complete this process. We will cover all costs associated with 2 exchanges, any further exchanges, all costs will be the customer's responsibility. 
  • Effective July 1st, 2024:  Due to the upcoming closure of our brick and mortar retail store, we will not be accepting any returns nor will we process any exchanges for SALE ITEMS that were purchased as of July 1st, 2024.  Our current goal is to reduce our SKU count and clear out as much inventory as possible before we say goodbye to our retail roots.  This will help us transition to a smaller warehouse footprint and allow us to offer a more streamlined ecommerce experience.  Please contact orders@bagginsshoes.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding an online order. 

  • For orders less than $125 CAD, we just charge what it costs us with Canada Post. The website will automatically calculate these options and you will have a chance to review them before submitting the order.
  • All upgraded service levels available are calculated by our site, and again we are just covering our costs.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time due to reduced service by Canada Post and other couriers.
  • We will provide you with the tracking information via email once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and alerting our staff to any delivery issues. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in the parcel being returned to Baggins Shoes and subject to a return or restocking fee.
  • If there is an issue with the parcel delivery ( lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, etc.) please let us know and we can open a claim with the shipper (Canada Post/USPS/UPS) when possible. We will follow the protocol and policies set by the shipping company and will not be able to process refunds until the claim process is successfully completed.
  • Please note: we follow the recommended package standards as per Canada Post, in rare cases, the packaging might become damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any damaged packaging including shoe boxes. If you require the boxes for a specific reason please contact us to arrange for alternate shipping packaging. In the event the product is damaged, we will require photos and will arrange for a replacement when possible.
  • Free shipping does not apply to corporate custom orders, to ensure delivery they must be shipped with UPS and the cost is based on the weight and dimensions of the packages. We offer shipping with or without insurance. In the event of a total loss and the customer opted for no insurance option- we will do everything in our power to locate the package however we will not reprint or replace the order.
  • Drop shipping on custom corporate orders to Canada are subject to a $10-$25 fee depending on final destination.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.A.:

  • We charge the rate of shipping based on the total of your order. For an order subtotal under $100 CAD, the cost is $32 CAD. For orders between $100 CAD and $324 CAD, the rate of shipping is $28 CAD, for orders over $325CAD, shipping is free. The method used in all cases is UPS Standard, delivery times are dependent on customs and postal service in your area.
  • Upgraded service level pricing is calculated based on the weight and dimension of the goods ordered. All of the shipping options are available for review during the order process and before submitting the order.
  • We will provide you with the tracking information via email once the order has been shipped. Once the parcel crosses the border it is passed over to the United States Postal Service.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and alerting our staff to any delivery issues. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in the parcel being returned to Baggins Shoes and subject to a return or restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for any tax, duties, or customs you may have to pay upon the arrival of the goods. Customers who refuse their packages are still responsible for the return shipping and any other charges incurred, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • If there is an issue with the parcel delivery ( lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, etc.) please let us know and we can open a claim with the shipper (Canada Post/USPS/UPS) when possible. We will follow the protocol and policies set by the shipping company and will not be able to process refunds until the claim process is successfully completed.
  • All costs associated with returning goods shipped to the US, are the responsibility of the customer and not Baggins.
  • Please note: we follow the recommended package standards as per Canada Post, in rare cases, the packaging might become damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any damaged packaging including shoe boxes. If you require the boxes for a specific reason please contact us to arrange for alternate shipping packaging. SHIPPING Internationally.:

**We strongly urge our customers to look into any customs or tax implications prior to ordering from abroad. We are not responsible for any tax, duties, or customs you may have to pay upon the arrival of the goods.**

  • All overseas shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimension of the goods ordered.
  • All of the shipping options are available for review during the order process and before submitting the order. Simply add the shoes you're interested in to the shopping cart, and press the checkout button. Then just enter your address information and hit apply. The available shipping rates will be displayed on that page.
  • For orders with a quantity of 4 or more pairs, we're often able to get the rates lower if you don't mind us discarding the original boxes and packing the shoes all together in one box. If you are interested in this service, please contact us via email for a shipping quote. You could also let us know if you don't need the boxes in the 'customer notes' section of the order form, and we will pass along any and all available savings.
  • We ship with Canada Post (the regular postal service) and once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it will be handed over to the contracted postal service there. Tracking information, when available, will be provided in an email once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and alerting our staff to any delivery issues. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in the parcel being returned to Baggins Shoes and subject to a return or restocking fee.
  • Failure to communicate with your local customs offices may result in the return or delay of delivery. Customs departments have the legal right to hold a package if they deem it necessary and we are not responsible for these types of delays.

  • As of July 1st, 2021, all orders going to the EU are subject to an 18%* (*of CAD value) VAT tax collected at the time of checkout. This is to cover the new import rules for the EU. If your order value is over $250 CAD (or approx $150 EUR), this amount will be refunded to you. Customers are responsible for any charges due at the time of delivery.
  • All EU orders must ship via UPS only going forward to clear customs in a timely manner.
  • All EU orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date as of July 1st, 2021.
  • All corporate custom orders must ship UPS to ensure delivery and the cost is based on the weight and dimensions of the packages. We offer shipping with or without insurance. In the event of a total loss and the customer opted for no insurance option- we will do everything in our power to locate the package however we will not reprint or replace the order.
