Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders placed after 8am PST may be processed the following business day. Please note:

Custom Products: Baggins Originals and Custom Printed items are made-to-order and require 10-20 business days to complete.

Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays due to missing information or issues requiring purchaser authorization.

Third-Party Delays: Baggins is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from carrier issues, including IT system errors or delays while in the carrier's possession.

Deadlines: It is the customer's responsibility to contact us in advance for specific deadlines. Alternate shipping options are at the customer's expense.
Regional Shipping Details

Canada: All Discounted, Sale, and Clearance items are Final Sale and do not qualify for Returns or Exchanges.

USA: All U.S. orders are Final Sale. Shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing fees (Import Duties and Taxes, Tariffs, or Brokerage Fees) set by U.S. Customs.

EU & International: EU orders are subject to an 18% VAT at checkout (refunded if the order exceeds $250 CAD). International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and local delivery fees.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns require prior authorization. Contact orders@bagginsshoes.com for instructions.

Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Exclusions: Baggins Originals, Custom Prints, Discounted/Sale/Clearance items (as of July 1, 2024), and all U.S. Orders (as of Aug 29, 2025) are Final Sale.

Exchanges: Within Canada, regular priced items are eligible for 1 free exchange per order. Contact orders@bagginsshoes.com for instructions. Discounted items do not qualify for exchange.

Instructions: International returns must use regular postal service (no couriers) and be marked: "Returned goods of Canadian origin – no commercial value."

Refunds: Processed within 4 business days of arrival. Please allow 3-10 days for bank processing.
Defects & Warranties
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects (not wear and tear). Contact orders@bagginsshoes.com for warranty inquiries.

Evaluation: We may require photos of the soles; bald spots or smooth treads disqualify the shoe for warranty.

Brands: Claims for Converse and Vans are handled by Baggins. For Herschel, Stance, and Dr. Martens, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Baggins reserves the right to refuse a warranty.
Sizing
Sizing guidelines are available for reference only. Baggins is not responsible if the guidelines are incorrect. Every person is different and so are your feet! Please contact us if you have sizing questions
Custom Prints
The Printing Process Each pair of shoes is made-to-order with care by our dedicated staff using a patented Direct-to-Garment process. While we make every effort to ensure the highest quality, please account for the following:

Minor Variations: Due to the nature of custom printing, minor imperfections in inking and layout may occur.

Color Accuracy: Digital mock-ups and on-screen images may appear brighter or more vibrant than the physical product. Because of the direct-to-garment process, colors on the actual product may appear slightly more faded or matte.

Order Status: During production, your order status may change from “Processing” to “On Hold.” This is an internal tracking method used by our print shop and does not mean your order is delayed; it simply indicates that your shoes are currently being printed.
Returns & Quotes

Final Sale: Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, Baggins Originals and Custom Printed shoes are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Quote Validity: Quotes provided by our Print Shop are valid for 60 days. After 60 days, quotes are subject to review and may change based on current pricing structures.
Corporate Orders
To ensure reliable delivery, all corporate custom orders must be shipped via UPS, with costs calculated based on shipment estimated weight, dimensions, and destination address.

Insurance: We offer shipping both with and without insurance.

Liability: In the event of a total loss where the customer opted for no insurance, Baggins will assist in locating the package but will not reprint or replace the order at our expense.

Security & Accuracy

Billing: Billing addresses must match the card used. We reserve the right to refuse orders with unverified addresses.

Currency: All transactions are in CAD. Currency conversions on our website are estimates for information purposes only. Baggins cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rates being displayed.

Scanner Accuracy: We adhere to the Retail Council of Canada’s Scanner Accuracy Policy regarding price discrepancies.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order. If your order was cancelled, please email orders@bagginsshoes.com for clarification.
Discounts and Coupons
All coupons cannot be retroactively applied. They cannot be combined with any other offers. Discounts and coupons do not deduct from shipping charges. Free Shipping is not available on discounted items.
